We appreciate your partnership with God’s Bible School and College! We want to support you and your students in every way possible. We know that often your schedules are hectic and you don’t have time to chase down answers. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions.

FAQs

Where can students find their online classes and assignments?
All classes and assignments can be accessed through Buzz, our learning management system. Students can access Buzz at buzz.uupt.net.

How does a student get their Buzz login information?
A student’s login information will be sent to their bte365官网地址-issued email after their initial registration. If a student does not know their username or password they can email enrollment@uupt.net to request it.

When do classes start?
Most dual credit classes start in January and August. A smaller selection of classes start in March, June, and October.

When is the last day for a student to add or drop a class?
Typically this will be two weeks following the start of the semester. Add/Drop dates will be published on the bte365官网地址 academic calendar. Students can still withdraw from classes after the add/drop deadline, but a “W” will appear on their transcript and they may incur charges.

What online classes are being offered next semester?
We will typically publish the next semester’s class list about two months in advance. You can find the most recent course list at this link.

What books do students need for their online classes?
We will typically publish the next semester’s textbook list about two months in advance. You can find the most recent textbook list at this link.

How do I register students for online classes?
There are two methods of registering students-

  1. Registration in person (Recommended) – Email enrollment@uupt.net to schedule a visit to your school. During this time we will answer questions, register students, and bring along some fun incentives!
  2. Registration via email- If a registration visit isn’t an option or there are last-minute adjustments you can register students and make changes by emailing enrollment@uupt.net.

How will students pay for their classes?
There are two payment options with partner schools:

  1. bte365官网地址 can collect payment from your school. We will email an invoice each semester directly to the contact you provided.
  2. bte365官网地址 can collect payment from the students. We will send each student’s invoice to their bte365官网地址-issued email.

Tuition can be paid online at uupt.net/paytuition. All billing questions can be directed to  studentaccounts@uupt.net.

How can I get a grade report for my students?
Grade reports will be emailed at the end of each semester directly to the contact you provided. Typically this will take place 2-3 weeks after the semester ends. If you don’t receive the grade report you can contact the registrar at registrar@uupt.net.

How can I get progress updates for my students?
We can provide a Buzz account that allows for a designated school employee to monitor any of your students enrolled in dual-credit classes.

How should I transcribe dual credit classes on a high school transcript?
How the credits are transcribed is up to the administrator of your school. However, a three-credit college course typically counts for one credit of high school.
